Agreement to Terms

Definitions

“ We, our, Real Meals” refers to the Business named “Real Meals” which is a Healthy Meal Preparation and Delivery Service
“You, your” refers to you the Buyer or Customer.

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to these Terms, you are free not to use the Services.

Communication

Real Meals hours of communication are Mondays through Saturdays, 10 am to 6pm. Communications are calls or texts to our phone (305)216-0337 or email to info@realmeals4u.com. No other avenues of communication are guaranteed. Any communications beyond the times above may not be responded to until the following day of business.

Delivery

Our Meal delivery services are available in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Real Meals normally delivers on Sunday and Wednesday nights between the hours of 5:00 pm & 9:00 pm. Meal Plans are typically delivered in 2 deliveries. Meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are delivered Sunday nights, while Meals for Thursday and Fridays are scheduled for Wednesday night.If you wish to have extra meals delivered for consumption on Saturday and/or Sunday those meals will be delivered on Wednesday nights. We recommend you select for us to vacuum seal any meals you think you will not consume within those days.

If there are delivery issues, will do our best to make you aware of changes being made to your delivery time. We do not guarantee a specific delivery time on the delivery night and can only advise of a window of time based on your delivery location.In the case of bad weather, traffic or other events beyond our control that interfere with our ability to deliver your meals, we will attempt to deliver your meals as soon as reasonably possible. If a delivery arrives early or late, you agree that you will still accept the Meal and release us from all liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience that you encounter as a result of early or late delivery. In order to place a hold on delivery, make changes to your delivery schedule and address, please contact us via email 6 hours in advance of the delivery.

Delivery Access

Our Customers who are residents of communities which utilize a guard gate or any other type of access control by which our driver, a concierge, or a guard must contact the member to complete the delivery, must understand that if the driver cannot enter the community at the time of delivery, the driver must continue with their route as each driver has many deliveries to be made in a short period of time. A driver is not permitted to return to a stop after the initial failed delivery attempt. Thus, if access is not granted upon arrival, no credits will be issued for the missed delivery. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to assure delivery access.

Who May Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract with Real Meals and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.

Your Information

If you want to use certain features of the Services you’ll have to create an Account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree that you won’t disclose your Account password to anyone and that you’ll notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. You’re responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, so please keep your password secure. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or delete any Account for any reason.
When you buy a Meal through our website, we may ask you to supply additional information relevant to your purchase such as your credit-card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your address(es) for billing and delivery. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment methods represented by any such information. When you purchase Meals, you authorize us to provide your payment information to third parties so we can complete your purchase and to charge your payment method.

Quality

We want you to enjoy our Meals every week. We are sure our food and service will exceed your expectations. Understand that you use our Services at your own risk. You agree to hold us, as well as our officers and directors not liable, to the full extent permissible under all applicable law, for any harm, loss, or damage that may come to you or to anyone else as a consequence of your use of our Services.
Sometimes a Meal you receive won’t look or taste exactly as it was described or depicted or may not include the exact contents described in its listing due to ingredient availability or conditions beyond our control. You understand that this is normal, and you agree to accept such a Meal, regardless of reasonable variation from its description. If you have a complaint or dispute concerning a Meal you’ve purchased through our Services, please contact us directly, and we’ll fix the problem to our mutual satisfaction.
All Sales Are Final, but if something unexpected happens in the course of fulfilling your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason. If we cancel your order we may refund any payment you may already have remitted to us at our discretion. If you receive an incorrect Meal due to our error, we shall replace the Meal on the next delivery.

Changes to Terms or Services

We may modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we’ll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the Site or/and by an email to you. Please review the Terms whenever we modify them as after communicating, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by the modified Terms, then you can’t use our Services anymore.
